Property Playbook exists because real estate investing fundamentals is explained badly almost everywhere. It is either oversimplified into something useless, or buried in jargon that assumes you already know. We aim for the middle: short, specific, and honest about what is not known.

To make real estate investing fundamentals understandable for first and second-property investors, without selling anything and without pretending the answers are simpler than they are.
